Sophia Hoem has an engineering background and engineering experience, which is not so much related to the food. But she loves to cook and creatively cooks a healthy meal in a very short time. She likes to cook some dishes that she has never cooked before. She also studies to see which ingredient fits well and benefit by combining the ingredients. She also enjoys listening to classical music while cooking. Music is a special ingredient and that gives love and passion to the food.
