Sophia Hoem has an engineering background and engineering experience, which is not so much related to the food. But she loves to cook and creatively cooks a healthy meal in a very short time. She likes to cook some dishes that she has never cooked before. She also studies to see which ingredient fits well and benefit by combining the ingredients.
