“Speed and scalability have always been a huge part of our focus with Relativity. We believe this focus will help Envision with their goal of reducing the time and costs of e-discovery for their users,” said Andrew Sieja, president and CEO of kCura.

Envision Discovery has announced it is now offering clients Relativity through its partnership with kCura as a Relativity Consulting Partner. Relativity is a flexible and scalable e-discovery platform for review, analysis, and production. Users can create and automate custom review workflows, as well as build applications within the software to manage and search related case data. Additionally, Relativity Assisted Review magnifies the efforts of case teams by allowing them to train Relativity to make decisions based on their expertise, using statistical sampling to validate the quality of decisions.

“Envision Discovery is very excited to announce our partnership with kCura to offer Relativity,” said Todd Meaker, CEO of Envision Discovery. “Through Relativity, we can provide our clients with customizable workflow procedures to help them navigate through small, large, or complex litigation matters, all while reducing the cost associated with reviewing documents in a more traditional, linear fashion. Relativity Assisted Review will be instrumental in conquering the explosive growth in electronic documents, and allowing our clients to severely reduce the time and effort required to manually review every document in the universe.”

Envision’s technical and project management expertise in complex litigation support for law firms and corporate legal departments has earned it a reputation as the go-to e-discovery provider in the Raleigh/Durham market. Now, the company is ready to expand its services by making Relativity available to its clients.
