Kids from 4-12 can complete an age-appropriate, short profile about how much they enjoy a variety of activities. This results in two sets of detailed analyses of each child's personality type, multiple intelligence preferences and predominant cognitive style. The first is a complimentary Pairing Portrait to identify the types of enrichment activities that will engage and excite your child during out-of-school time or over the summer. The second is a Student Snapshot that can be forwarded to the school to ensure that the school has the data necessary to place your child with a compatible teacher the next year. Kidzmet's award-winning Student Snapshot costs $4.99. Kidzmet's Student Snapshot can be incredibly valuable for families that are transferring to a new school or district where the teaching staff hasn't yet had an opportunity to get to know the child.

Kidzmet also offers a Campus Account, which can help further streamline this process by analyzing the compatibility of all of the students at the school with the potential teachers. This eHarmony-esque tool helps class selection committees augment their current placement system by taking into account the optimal learning environment for each student. A further benefit of the Kidzmet Campus Account is that teachers can begin to understand how their new students and class most enjoy learning over the summer, so that students start the school year off feeling that the new teachers "get" them. Kidzmet's Campus Account costs $600 per school for an unlimited number of teachers and students.

"We all need to work together to cultivate an appetite for learning in our youth by feeding them subject matter in a way that celebrates and embraces their unique spirits," says Kidzmet Founder Jen Lilienstein. "Our hope is that Kidzmet's suite of services for teachers, parents and schools will help ensure that the 1000+ hours kids spend in school and on homework annually begins to incorporate HOW kids learn best in addition to WHAT they already know."
