Lajollacooks4u, a cooking and dining experience, was selected by Old Town Trolley Tours, San Diego, for its regional corporate retreat.

The company brought several employees to participate in a hands-on cooking and team building experience with Lajollacooks4u. The group created its very own 4-course breakfast as an event that was part of a live morning television experience, in coordination with local San Diego television station, KUSI.

Bob Ross, Safety Officer, of San Diego Trolley said that cooking and eating together generated a unique bonding opportunity for the group. “This proved to be a wonderful and unique experience for all of us,” Bob said. “We left with full stomachs, great memories and, as a company, we definitely benefited from the entire experience,”

Jodi Abel, founder of Lajollacooks4u said peer-to-peer cooking and dining is probably one of the best team building experiences one can experience. “From the moment the group arrived, they were presented with their cooking aprons and went right to work; they definitely got into the team spirit of things” Abel said.

Mike Castelucci from KUSI said, ”Its always fun as well as delicious to visit Lajollacooks4u!”
