HireIQ Solutions, Inc., the company that improves the hiring and recruiting process for customer-facing organizations, announced today the appointment of Matt Pietsch as its vice president of sales. With over twenty-five years of consultative sales experience – the last fifteen of which have been in the human capital management market – Pietsch adds even greater depth to HireIQ’s senior leadership team.

In his new role, Pietsch will extend his proven sales track record by introducing HireIQ’s suite of hiring optimization products to enterprise organizations that commonly use telephone interviewing as part of their hiring process.

HireIQ’s hiring optimization solutions help companies increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the hiring process, especially those with high-volume hiring requirements such as contact centers, retailers, hospitality businesses and others. Matt brings over 25 years of international sales and sales leadership experience from a broad range of industries. A solutions sales professional, he spent the past 15 years in the human capital space, having sold products and managed teams throughout the entire talent management lifecycle, including recruiting and selection, RPO/BPO, talent assessment, organizational development and succession planning tools. He most recently served as enterprise business development manager with SHL, the global leader in talent measurement. Prior to SHL, he was vice president of global sales for Management Recruiters International (MRI), the world’s largest recruitment firm, where he was responsible for selling recruitment project initiatives and RPO services to some of the world's largest companies.
