New Positions Reflect Strategic Growth Initiatives

ILC Dover, the world's leader in engineered soft goods, announced today that is has appointed Patrick J. Owens, Jr. as its new President and William J. Wallach as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Patrick Owens joins ILC Dover from DuPont where he demonstrated leadership in business-to-government, business-to-consumer, and business-to-business marketing and sales. During his tenure at DuPont, Mr. Owens helped penetrate new and emerging markets both domestically and internationally. William J. Wallach was promoted from President to CEO after successfully leading the company for more than ten years.

The addition of Patrick Owens reflects the growth that ILC Dover has seen and the need to expand its management team in order to meet the company's strategic growth initiatives for the future.
