Is there a more Irish city in the United States than Boston? St. Patricks Day week is a fine time to take in the festivities and tour a bit of the city. Celebrate Irish heritage in Boston's most Irish neighborhood.

Colorful floats, music and Irish good cheer await you at Boston's annual St. Patrick's Day parade on Sunday, March 18, 2012. Parade starts at 1:00 pm. and will feature marching bands and pipe bands from throughout North America. The parade travels through South Boston - Boston's most Irish neighborhood.

Where to Watch
The parade begins at the Broadway 'T' Station proceeding down West Broadway to East Broadway to East 4th, to 5th Street, and around Thomas Park - ending at Andrew Square, South Boston. Your best bet for viewing the parade is to stake out a spot anywhere along Broadway.
