Today, Bullhorn, Inc. announced the launch of Bullhorn Reach University (Reach U), an online training program designed to help recruiters maximize usage of social media as part of their recruiting efforts. Categorized into three custom-designed courses, "Social Recruiting Basics," "Social Recruiting Techniques" and "Social Recruiting Strategies," Bullhorn Reach University provides online education, guidance and tips for recruiters and hiring managers at all levels of social media proficiency.

Built into the Bullhorn Reach recruiting platform, which is now used by over 55,000 recruiters in over 90 countries, Reach U consists of a series of educational training videos coupled with an assessment test intended to measure each recruiter's knowledge and skill level in the field of social recruiting. Recruiters can use the test to validate their skills and then compare their scores to other recruiters who have completed the test. Bullhorn Reach has partnered with Smarterer, the leader in skill validation, to provide the social recruiting skills test.
