Strategy consulting firm Setili & Associates hosts three Atlanta giants, AT&T, Coca-Cola, and Delta Air Lines, in expert panel at "Strategic AgilityTM Think Tank" breakfast on March 16th, 2012. These panelists, and leaders from twenty other Atlanta companies, will discuss how to expand into new product and service markets, new geographic markets and new customer segments.

On March 16, 2012, executives from some of Atlanta’s leading companies, including AT&T, Coca-Cola, and Delta Air Lines will gather to discuss how to expand into new product and service markets, new geographic markets and new customer segments.

The discussion will be hosted by the Atlanta strategy consulting firm, Setili & Associates. It is the third event in the firm’s "Strategic Agility Think Tank" breakfast series. The theme for the March 16 breakfast is “Winning in Emerging Markets: Innovation, Partnerships and Speed.”

Three leaders who have extensive emerging-market experience will kick-off the think tank discussion:

●     AT&T's Glenn Lurie, President, Emerging Enterprises and Partnerships. Lurie heads AT&T's biggest growth engine: emerging segments. He will share how he forged AT&T's exclusive iPhone and iPad deals with Apple, and how he's leading the charge to wirelessly connect emerging devices in auto, health, homes, and consumer electronics. (Industry experts estimate that, by 2020, the number of non-phone devices connected wirelessly worldwide will reach 50 billion.)

●     The Coca-Cola Company's Mary-Ann Somers, Vice President, Venturing and Emerging Brands. Somers' mandate is to develop Coke's next generation of billion dollar brands. She will talk about how her team discovers new product concepts from outside the company, as well as how they've created a scrappy entrepreneurial arm that's adept at creating word-of-mouth buzz.

●     Delta Air Lines' Jeff Arinder, Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Business Development. Arinder led Delta's purchase of equity stakes in Aeromexico and Brazilian airline Gol; these investments dramatically changed Delta's competitive position in the fast-growing Latin American market. He will also speak about Delta's innovations in offering passengers the flexibility to buy the exact mix of product features they prefer.

Attendees, many of whom are from the Fortune 500, will have a chance to share their emerging-market experiences, challenges, and learning with peers.

This will be the third “Setili & Associates Strategic Agility Think Tank” breakfast. The first two breakfasts focused on spotting and capturing market opportunities, and included speakers from Cisco, Coca-Cola, Cox Communications, Delta Air Lines, Home Depot, and UPS.

This event, which is taking place at the Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center, is reserved for key corporate executives. If you are interested in attending, please contact Amanda Setili at amanda(at)setili(dot)com.
