Technology Conference for Executives Covers Views from the Trenches to the Enterprise

The Greater Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies (PACT), in partnership with Dell Inc. and Fairmount Partners, today announced the full conference line-up for the Phorum 2012 National Cloud Conference. The conference will feature presentations from nationally-recognized business and technology leaders, panels on new enterprise models and mobility, and a Demo Pit showcasing the best emerging cloud technologies and companies in the Northeast.

“The people, companies, technologies, and strategies far exceed the expectations of the Phorum Conference we initially conceived months ago,” said Allen Born, Head of Internet and Cloud Computing Investment Banking at Fairmount Partners and Chair of the Content Committee for Phorum 2012. “The diversity and leadership of the speakers and panelists demonstrates the demand for cloud solutions for the enterprise. This conference is the only one of its kind that really focuses on helping businesses understand how to harness the power of the cloud, and we’re excited that it’s taking place in Philadelphia.”

The Phorum 2012 National Cloud Conference will be held on March 28, 2012, at the World Café Live in Philadelphia. It will begin at 7:30 am and conclude with a networking reception for 400 business and technology leaders. The full conference line-up is as follows:

The Demo Pit, which will run concurrently with the conference, will enable 15 early-stage companies to showcase their products to the conference attendees. At the conclusion of the conference, three Demo Pit participants will be selected to join Peter Coffee, VP and Head of Platform Research at salesforce.com, on stage for the conference’s closing session.
