Via Brasil Steakhouse was participating in Las Vegas Restaurant week this 2012.With a help of their customers donating $4 from every restaurant week dinner. Customers that were dining at Via Brasil Steakhouse were taking advantage of their restaurant week menu and got a great deal that helped a good cause. Las Vegas restaurant week began this February 27th until March 4, 2012.Via Brasil Steakhouse raised over a thousand Dollars for Three Square charity.
This Las Vegas Brazilian Restaurant was offering two menu options. First option was $30.12 and was available only in the Bar area. It included a choice of Wedge cobb salad, black bean salad, Caprese or Caesar salad followed by Via Brasil Steakhouse's signature cut of meat Picanha . Picanha is a Brazilian Cut of Top sirloin served sliced thin on a sizzling skillet along with white rice and vegetables with a Dessert included like tiramisu, Carmel flan, chocolate mousse cake or cheese cake. All this along with their choice of Via Brasil house cocktail. The second option was in the dining room for a $50.12 .This four course dinner included a full Ridizio Dinner with 18 kinds of meats, gourmet salad bar and 16 different side dishes all you can eat as well as a homemade Dessert .This option also came with a complementary House cocktail.
