By having staff on the Microsoft campus, Metalogix will be better aligned with Microsoft to provide customers and partners with solutions to enhance the use and performance of their SharePoint platform investment.
Washington, D.C. (PRWEB) March 19, 2012
Metalogix Software, the trusted provider of content lifecycle management solutions for Microsoft® SharePoint®, Exchange® and Cloud platforms, today announced that it has joined the Microsoft Partner Solutions Center (MPSC). As an MPSC partner, Metalogix now has increased access to Microsoft product teams, data centers, a state-of-the-art laboratory environment, technical support and training, and space directly on the Microsoft campus.
The membership further strengthens the partnership between Metalogix and Microsoft. Metalogix is a Managed Partner in Microsoft’s High Potential ISV Group and is the only migration ISV vendor approved by Microsoft for installation on Office 365 Dedicated after passing the Microsoft SharePoint Online Code Analysis Framework (MSOCAF).
“As a managed partner in the Microsoft High Potential ISV Group, Metalogix has proven to be a valued strategic partner and a leader with its high-performing SharePoint solutions to manage, move, store, archive and protect content,” said David Hayes, Senior Director, Microsoft Partner Solutions Center. “By having staff on the Microsoft campus, Metalogix will be better aligned with Microsoft to provide customers and partners with solutions to enhance the use and performance of their SharePoint platform investment.”
Earlier this month, Metalogix announced the acquisition of Syntergy’s SharePoint business, including the market-leading Replicator for SharePoint, which is a web-based solution used to synchronize and manage business intelligence in real-time across multiple SharePoint environments. Replicator for SharePoint provides for two-way data synchronization by replicating content and settings back and forth between SharePoint server farms, even if they are not identical.
The addition of Replicator for SharePoint strengthens the suite of award-winning Metalogix SharePoint solutions, which includes Migration Manager for SharePoint and StoragePoint. Metalogix Migration Manager for SharePoint includes powerful performance enhancements that allow organizations to move or upgrade 500GB of full-fidelity content per day. Metalogix StoragePoint is the leading SharePoint storage optimization solution leveraging Remote BLOB (Binary Large Objects) Storage technologies to offload unstructured SharePoint content from the underlying SQL server and reduce SharePoint content database sizes by up to 95 percent.
“We are pleased to be selected to join the Microsoft Partner Solutions Center and it is more positive momentum for our expanding partnership with Microsoft,” said Steven Murphy, CEO, Metalogix. “Our presence on the Microsoft campus in Redmond will provide a tremendous boost to our recent growth. It will further improve our ability to provide customers and partners with high-performing and cost-effective content lifecycle management solutions for business-critical Microsoft content, whether on-premises or in the cloud.”
