Prior to coming to S4i, Fortner was a Technology Operations Analyst at PNC Bank in Cleveland, OH where he was responsible for numerous projects to drive success within PNC’s support center. Some of his successes were creating an automated ticketing system to reduce mean time to repair on production issues and training Command Center staff to handle all routine incidents and reduce call volume by 50%. Fortner was also responsible for completing a print consolidation project and he created a web portal that allows users to retrieve documents electronically, online.
