New Release of eCommerce and Order Entry for Microsoft Dynamics at Convergence 2012

Brown Convention Center in Houston, TX from March 18th to March 21st.. These demonstrations will offer a comprehensive overview of these powerful web-based solutions’ Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) functionalities, as well as personally address individual questions and business concerns from attendees.

The Ignify team is excited to show the new functionality of the eCommerce and Order Entry systems that have been released this past year. The development and implementation of these functionalities result from Ignify’s focus in improving the user experience for both the merchant and the customer, allowing both groups to execute their tasks with minimal effort.

For instance, the significant enhancements made for the end customer enrich the online shopping experience, thus enabling merchants to boost customer conversion rates. One such major addition to the platform is Multicurrency Support. With this module, businesses offer international customers self-service portals configured to the currency and language preferences of their specific geography, allowing a greater outreach to a wider pool of customers and prospects.

Checkout improvements also provide an easier purchasing process for customers, with Quick Order Entry enabling shoppers to instantly create a product list or copy one from Excel that contains SKU codes and quantities, transfer it to an order, and complete the purchase. This user-friendly order capability ensures that the shopper does not have to navigate various catalog pages to locate products. The ability to add multiple addresses on a single order, to see the order summary displayed during checkout, and to validate customer addresses also offer greater order visibility to customers and prevent faulty shipments and associated costs for merchants.

Merchant-friendly advancements in the system also increase operational efficiency. In the eCommerce Manager Panel, Customer Management has been rewritten to provide a comprehensive database of each customer’s history – such as contact information, transaction records, interactions with the customers – as well as statistics, enabling merchants to gain a clear, in-depth account of customer data for better customer service management. Also, the ability to now offer Ignify eCommerce as an embeddable platform enables companies to integrate eCommerce into their existing software platforms and provide a single sign-in facility for both customer service representatives (CSRs) and buyers, providing an overall more unified and navigable experience between channels.

With customers such as the Dallas Cowboys, Atlanta Falcons, McDonald’s, Body Glove, etc., currently using the Ignify eCommerce system to operate their online retail channels, the Ignify team at Convergence will offer deep technical and functional knowledge of the eCommerce product, as well as extensive deployment experience.
