Testlink release the new ATM Engineer Training Course schedule for 2012

These training courses have been designed to produce more competent ATM Engineers and to equip them with the skills needed to maintain the highest level of productivity and customer satisfaction.

Leading ATM and ATM parts supplier TestLink has recently released the 2012 training schedule for three specialised NCR ATM engineer training courses.

Designed specifically for ATM Engineers and ATM service providers, these courses will offer detailed instructions on how to carry out first and second line NCR ATM maintenance.
Customers will also benefit from the opportunity to create a bespoke course which can be tailored to their precise requirements.

TestLink’s ATM Engineer training will ultimately produce more competent ATM Engineers who will have the knowledge to increase ATM uptime, create more first time fixes and decrease part usage.
Global ATM Service providers who are managing thousands of machines across the world will benefit significantly from the improved productivity of their engineers as first time fixes are increased and part wastage reduced.

The NCR 56XX/58XX First Line Maintenance course is a 1 day session priced at £427.78 per delegate and is held at TestLink’s premises in Poole, UK, or if required, the customers premises.
This ATM training course will focus on the first line maintenance procedures for 12 NCR ATM Models across the 56XX and 58XX range and will include model and module identification, ATM desk diagnostics and basic fault finding.

The course will include fault finding exercises throughout and conclude with a written test to measure the individuals’ understanding and grasp of the subject matter.

Having successfully completed the training, ATM Engineers will be able to identify and rectify first line failures in the ATM Models covered.

Engineers are then encouraged to complete the NCR 56XX/58XX Second Line Maintenance course which is priced at £1,372.73 per delegate and designed to span four days of training.

The objective of this course is to train ATM Engineers in how to confidently repair and carry out maintenance of the NCR 56XX and 58XX range of ATM Models, including module removal, refitting, strip down, clean and rebuild.

Having attended both of these courses, Engineers should finally complete the NCR 66XX Update Second Line maintenance course which is a one day session covering the 6622, 6625 and 6634 NCR models and priced at £550.00 per delegate.

This training course will focus on the field repair of the standard NCR ATM models from the SelfServ range and ATM Engineers will be trained on how to repair and carry out maintenance work on the featured models including module identification, removal and refitting.
The modules covered are:
    Dispenser
    UIMCRW Card reader
        Printers
        Core
        PSU
        Monitor
        GOP
        EPP
        Shutter
        Envelope depository
        Fascia and collar kit

ATMs, ATM training manuals, workbooks and ATMdesk CDs will all be provided by Testlink – the manual and the CD can be taken by the Engineer to use in the field as necessary.

Employing competent ATM engineers is essential if service providers are to improve productivity and boost customer confidence and satisfaction.

Testlink’s ATM repair training programme is part of its ongoing commitment to supporting next generation NCR and Wincor ATM Machines.
