TimeManagement Corporation, a workforce positioning solution provider, today announced the successful rollout of an extensive, time-critical software upgrade at 60 la Madeleine cafés across the United States.
This particular rollout differed from any other for la Madeleine because of the 1 month time frame given to the team to complete the project from start to finish.All 60 locations had to go live with the upgrade on December 28th 2011. This requirement was due to la Madeleine’s need to change its fiscal calendar and the day in which its workweek starts.
“The TMx upgrade was remarkably smooth. I’d even say it was stress-free,” says Simon Robson, IT Manager for la Madeleine. “We received a very high level of commitment from TMx professional services to ensure we would meet our deadline, which happened to be over the holidays. This upgrade provided many new features including integration to Agilysys Eatec Inventory Management solu- tion which is one of the most exciting for the la Madeleine team. In addition to the new features la Madeleine will be evaluating some long standing TMx features that they now are ready to implement.
