COA Network, Inc. celebrates its 20th anniversary in business. What began as a one-man business in the CEO’s bedroom has grown into a market leader helping tens of thousands of small businesses and direct sales professionals fulfill their communication, marketing and prospecting needs.

When I started my first business at the age of 15, I found that there were no affordable phone systems available for small businesses to present a professional image, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and COA Network grew from there.

COA Network, Inc. has experienced phenomenal growth since its humble beginnings in 1992. What began as a home-based business in the bedroom of then 16 year old CEO, Paul Champaneria, with the help of a small loan from his father is now a major player in the Virtual Phone System and Replicated Sites arenas.

“When I started my first business at the age of 15, I found that there were no affordable phone systems available for small businesses to present a professional image,” Paul says, “so I decided to take matters into my own hands and COA Network grew from there.”
The company’s flagship product, iTeleCenter, which began as a toll free number voicemail service, has grown into a comprehensive virtual phone system with call forwarding, voicemail, extensions for use as recorded message hotlines, and a plethora of additional features from call recording to online faxing. It has blossomed over the past 20 years into a leading phone system that serves as a necessary tool for Network Marketers and Direct Sales Companies, Real Estate Professionals, Virtual Companies with remote workers, and any Home-based or Small Business.

Since iTeleCenter is independently owned and developed, the company is able to provide customized voice applications to meet its clients’ requirements. Many of its larger clients have implemented custom versions of the online back office interface as well as the actual voice application.

With many of its MLM and Direct Sales clients in need of enterprise solutions, COA Network stepped forward to offer MLM software. From there they went on to develop FocalPoint, a robust online marketing system with Lead Capture Pages, Contact Management, Email Marketing, and Replicated Sites.

Over the past 20 years COA Network has helped tens of thousands of small businesses and direct sales professionals fulfill their communications, prospecting and marketing needs.
