Venio e-Discovery Platform

We are committed to providing our users with the ability to handle all facets of electronic discovery within our single, integrated platform.

Fairfax, VA (PRWEB) March 20, 2012

Venio Systems, the leading provider of end-to-end eDiscovery software, today announced that it has added production capabilities to its flagship Venio Integrted eDiscovery Platform. Users can now produce documents to adversaries and third parties in .tif format without using a separate document production tool.

The Venio Integrated eDiscovery Platform is a single high-speed, high-capacity tool that delivers on all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) from behind a secure firewall, including ingestion, search, review hosting and now production. “As an internal eDiscovery software solution Venio delivers a greater return on investment as clients need not license and maintain separate solutions,” said Venio Co-Founder Chris Jurkiewicz. “It manages all phases of electronic discovery without moving data from place to place.”

Venio’s new production capabilities do not require the native application and allow users to produce documents in a single step. Features include:

  •     Viewer-based tiff rendering for more than 500 file types
  •     New production features including image endorsements and export load files
  •     Image viewer integrated with ECA/Review platform
  •     Ability to select tiff generation by tag, selection or import list
  •     External tiff image and endorsement value importing
Additionally, the Venio Integrated eDiscovery Platform supports multi-threaded tiffing, distributed tiffing, tiffing on the fly, branding, tiffing of subset data, and importing of tiffs created by third-party systems.

“We are committed to providing our users with the ability to handle all facets of electronic discovery within our single, integrated platform,” said Steven Tan, Vice President and Co-Founder at Venio. “The ability to produce image documents directly from the tool is part of that mission and one of the key advantages of an end-to-end solution.”
