Voxsmart Significantly Reduces Connection Times When Recording Mobile Calls

Voxsmart, the leading provider of recording solutions for mobile phones today announced the general availability of two new applications, VoxRecord 2.0, to improve call connection times, and VoxMonitor, to offer enhanced security.

VoxRecord 2.0 addresses the carrier connection delays when recording outbound mobile calls by first establishing the recording connection before the call is connected to the called party so that receiving a recorded call becomes no different from a normal call.

VoxMonitor, Voxsmart’s new, patent pending mobile application, provides an additional layer of security to detect and control unexpected problems or unauthorised tampering to enable the appropriate action to be taken.

“VoxRecord 2.0 and VoxMonitor show our continued innovation and determination to provide the best possible mobile recording solution” said Paul Manyweathers, CEO of Voxsmart. “Combined with the recent announcement that a major network provider is making a significant change to their network to improve the experience of Voxsmart’s users, this is all good news for those organisations that need to record mobile interactions.”

Voxsmart, whose solution is used to record over 10,000 City traders’ smartphones believes that its suite of applications, now enhanced by the launch of VoxRecord 2.0 and VoxMonitor, is the best solution in the market enabling organisations to comply with the FSA’s rules without the need and associated risk of switching mobile network providers.
