Our mission is to help customers solve challenging problems by using research, experimentation, innovative process control techniques, and a wealth of industry know-how

Shamrock Technologies, the world leader for PTFE micropowders, will exhibit at NPE 2012 in Orlando, Florida, from April 2nd through the 5th.

Customers across the global plastics industry use prime and recycled PTFE micropowders to:

  •     Allow plastics to replace metal in specific applications
  •     Increase the life span of gears & wear parts
  •     Decrease wear in molded parts
  •     Impart anti-drip properties in flame retardants

Shamrock produces a wide range of additives that permit significantly improved product and process performance, even at high temperatures. “Our mission is to help customers solve challenging problems by using research, experimentation, innovative process control techniques, and a wealth of industry know-how,” says Bill Neuberg, Shamrock CEO.

Products to be featured at NPE include:

MicroFLON® Premium Process-Controlled Micronized PTFE Powders, which offer tight process and particle size control features for proper dispersion and distribution.

NanoFLON® Premium Nano-Sized PTFE Micropowders, ultrafine powders (some as small as 200 nanometers), engineered for easy dispersion, enabling slip, abrasion resistance, release and anti-drip.

The company’s recycled Fluoro® line of PTFE micropowders will also be featured – clean, free-flowing alternatives to prime PTFE. These products offer excellent performance for high-temperature and internal lubricant processing applications.

Visitors are invited to learn more about Shamrock at NPE’s Fluoropolymers Pavilion – Level 1 of the South Hall – Booth 17024.
