LTD Hospitality Group Managed Aloft Bolingbrook and Aloft Chesapeake Recognized by Starwood Hotels

The Aloft Bolingbrook was selected for the 'Highest Increase in Revenue Per Available Room Index Percent Change' award by Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide. The Aloft Chesapeake hotel was selected for the Most Improved Trip Advisor Score award at the 2012 Summit by Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide.

LTD Hospitality Group managed Aloft Bolingbrook and Aloft Chesapeake hotels were singled out by Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide at the 2012 Specialty Select Service Brands Summit held in Miami, FL for their achievements in two key areas: RevPAR Index Percent Change growth and Trip Advisor rankings improvement.

The Aloft Bolingbrook was selected for the 'Highest Increase in Revenue Per Available Room Index Percent Change' award by Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide The Aloft Bolingbrook had the highest increase in RevPAR Index year over year out of all same stores set Alofts. The hotel achieved a 36.7% increase in RevPAR Index in 2011 from 2010.

The Aloft Chesapeake moved up 13 spots to number five out of forty-two hotels in its 2011 Trip Advisor rankings. This was the greatest increase in rankings out of all same stores set Alofts in 2011 from 2010. The aloft Chesapeake hotel was selected for the Most Improved Trip Advisor Score award at the 2012 Summit by Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide.
