With more than thirty years combined experience in the real estate industry developing new sales channels, creating strategic alliances and new client relationships, Adam Bryan and Mike Urban join the Peak Corporate Network (http://www.peakcorp.com) as Business Development Managers for the Peak entities. In this role, Bryan will be responsible for sales and business development in a territory covering Los Angeles County; Urban will cover Orange County.
Bryan and Urban are the newest members of the PeakForce sales team, a team of sales professionals and relationship managers hand-picked for their experience and expertise in creating and managing client relationships within the industry. The PeakForce team embraces the organization’s new sales direction of focusing on the services and the bundling of services to meet client needs as opposed to focusing on the entities themselves.

Prior to joining the Peak Corporate Network, Bryan was co-owner and partner of a commercial real estate private investment firm, Savage Bryan Investments, and he pioneered the field of tenant-in-common (TIC) investing while serving as Senior Vice President of Sales for SCI Real Estate Investments. Urban comes with extensive sales, business development and management expertise cultivating strategic partnerships in the mortgage lending and finance sector (lenders, credit unions and banks), most recently as a consultant and previously with Citigroup.
