Dramatically reducing their operating costs and creating a more efficient end user workplace are the best ways we know to make this new partnership a successful one.
Schaumburg, Illinois (PRWEB) March 27, 2012
Cancer Care Associates (CCA), a physician-owned oncology network based in Oklahoma, has recently executed a three-year agreement with ABS Associates, Inc. for Level 1 and Remote Level 2 outsourced help desk support services. CCA joins a myriad of healthcare providers, hospitals, and health insurance companies who entrust their IT support to ABS.
Agents working from the ABS Global Knowledge Center will serve as the single point of contact for all initial IT support calls. In the process ABS will help to reduce the burden on CCA's on-site support staff by providing them with access to enterprise-class incident management tools and on-demand metrics, and also by resolving more incidents at the Level 1 stage. Calls requiring additional troubleshooting beyond Level 1 are then triaged and routed to the appropriate ABS Remote Level 2 technician trained to handle more complex issues.
Included in the package is ABS's web-based incident management system and metrics dashboard, ABShelp™, which combines the latest technology, systems and best practice methodology with ABS's trained, certified, and experienced professionals. "We're looking forward to making a positive impact on CCA's support staff as well as its end-users with our comprehensive help desk outsourcing solution," says Account Executive Robert MacIvor. "Dramatically reducing their operating costs and creating a more efficient end user workplace are the best ways we know to make this new partnership a successful one."
