New release improves usability, simplifies Vendor management of channel programs

hawkeye Channel is pleased to announce the latest release of their SaaS platform, channelConduit 8.0, on April 2. channelConduit is the platform of choice to deliver global channel program’s for many of the world’s leading technology companies.

The release includes features to improve user experience, drive demand generation for channel partners and most importantly launch integrated loyalty, rebate, MDF and marketing automation programs that typically existed in point solutions.

The improvements reflect Vendors’ increasing reliance on revenue generated through the channel and desire for an integrated approach to channel programs. channelConduit promotes increased efficiency and effectiveness of the entire channel investment with SaaS modules that address every aspect of channel programs and complement existing CRM/PRM systems.

channelConduit users will immediately appreciate the increased usability of the redesigned, easy-to-use administrative tool set, complete with a new idea center, training center and help resource center. These new features promote self-service and offer helpful insights to maximize user experience and effectiveness of the channelConduit SaaS platform.

Functions within specific modules also received attention, most noticeably channelMDF. Users of the MDF solution will benefit from improved project entry workflows, the ability to track activities at the campaign level by having multiple activity line items for each project, and simplified navigation due to the elimination of multiple scroll bars in a single page.
