(FDIC) is granting banks an additional month to comment on a proposal that would require 23 large financial institutions to conduct annual stress tests, The Wall Street Journal reported. Those banks with more than $10 billion in assets would need to perform annual stress tests to make sure they have enough capital to weather a deep depression.
