Enhancements to Leading Alternative Asset Web-Based Application Follow Robust Year in Sales and New Client Growth

Netage Solutions, Inc., the premier provider of front-office solutions for the alternative assets industry, today unveiled their most recent release, Dynamo™ v6.5, with a greatly enhanced user interface for Online Reporting, a new universal mobile platform, expedited editing features, and many functional innovations. In addition, Netage announced a strong year in sales, as a wealth of new clients adopted the Dynamo™ 6x platform.

Portal UI Upgrade

With increased attention placed on advancing LP interaction with GPs, Netage significantly enhanced the Dynamo™ Online Reporting interface, providing unique branding and customization opportunities for its clients. In addition to simplifying the user experience for LPs, the interface improvements enable GPs to increase the customer intimacy of their online portal services.

DynaMobile™ Universal Platform for Tablets and Smartphones

To further help its clients who access the Dynamo™ application through smartphones and tablets, Netage announced the first step in a large-scale, innovative migration to a universal mobile platform. Available with the spring release, Blackberry® users will be the first to access the new DynaMobile™ platform, with Android® and Apple® devices soon to follow.

“We needed to ensure that our clients have access to the same benefits of our application regardless of which mobile device they choose to access it from,” said Mike Dullea, Director of Product Development. “Although we previously developed an application specific to each mobile operating system, by incorporating recent web-technology developments, we can now offer a feature-rich, unified mobile platform, which will minimize the limitations of any less advanced phones and tablets.”

In-Cell Editing in Views

To expedite the editing process, Dynamo™ users can now enter into an edit mode within a view or panel, allowing for in-cell editing, and eliminating the need to enter into further expanded profile views.

“With some of the industry’s largest firms as our clients, the abundance of information within their Dynamo™ platforms can be overwhelming to sift through and revise,” said Momchil Mitov, Director of Institutional Sales. “Because everyone hates clicking around, we’ve created one of the simplest CRM editing systems available.”

Tracking Numbers in PPM

Because of the new SEC compliance mandates, investment advisers are faced with increased documentation requirements. In addition to Dynamo’s™ expanded synching features with Outlook®, investor relations professionals can now automatically generate and watermark tracking numbers for PPMs, on top of the application’s previously introduced security features.
