Acclaro released the results of its bi-annual customer survey for translation and localization services, showcasing feedback from clients. Acclaro clients commented on the quality of service rendered in the categories of project management, business management, translation and technical services.

“This year’s survey results speak to the caliber of relationships we maintain with our clients,” says Acclaro VP of Operations Ora Solomon. “We were very satisfied with the response rate, but even more so with the feedback given. We see this as confirmation that the quality of our service offerings continues to impress our clients—both new and old. This quality sets us apart from other localization companies.”

Some of the survey highlights:

  • Acclaro earned a 100% approval rating from survey respondents in overall satisfaction for business translation services.
  • The translation agency also received a 100% approval rating from respondents in six other categories: overall service, meeting clients’ scheduling and service needs, accountability, responsiveness, and availability. These clients were either satisfied or very satisfied with the level of service Acclaro provided in each area.
  • 97% of respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with the Acclaro operations team’s communication, schedule management and flexibility.    
  • 92% of respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with the quality of translations provided by Acclaro.
