PLS Relocates Call Center Operations to New Oak Brook Facility

PLS is consolidating its call center operations at a new facility in Oak Brook, in Chicago’s west suburbs. The company has signed a long-term lease for just under 47,000 square feet at 800 Jorie Boulevard, part of a two-building complex.

The Chicago-based company is considering a number of locations for the relocation of its PLS Support Center corporate headquarters, with more than 200 employees, from its West Loop site.

PLS’s satellite call center teams currently located in Chicago, Calumet City, Elgin and Dolton, IL, will transfer operations to the new Oak Brook facility on June 23, according to Ken Crane, VP Real Estate, PLS. “This new site has room for more than 350 team members, which allows us to both expand and centralize operations,” reported Crane. “Customer service teams supporting our XPECTATIONS!™ Visa® debit card will relocate to Oak Brook, as well as our collections staff and our field administrative teams.”

The company is also relocating a number of its IT infrastructure team members from Chicago to its technology satellite office in Brookfield, WI. The PLS Technology Center in Wisconsin currently houses more than 40 IT professionals.
