Call Tracking Metrics Launches White Label Service for Marketing Agencies

[Call Tracking Metrics, a call tracking software company, recently launched a new service allowing agencies to fully white label their software. This enhancement will enable agencies to promote the rich reporting features of the Call Tracking Metrics product with their agency brand.

The white label product is available within Call Tracking Metrics’ new Agency Plus plan. As part of the plan, agencies can:

  •     Upload their agency logo to appear on all pages and reports
  •     Indicate an agency email address for all system emails to come from
  •     Write custom content for a help page
  •     Write a custom footer for all system emails

Call Tracking Metrics’ white label product gives agencies a number of powerful tools to measure and communicate marketing campaign performance. By linking tracking numbers (local or toll free numbers) with each campaign, an agency is able to answer common questions from their client, such as: how many phone calls have I actually received from that ad placement?

Agencies are able to view real-time data about the sources of each of their client’s inbound phone calls through reports such as calls by source, calls by keyword, calls by referrer, and calls by landing page. In addition, they can access cost reports allowing them to accurately factor in call tracking costs into client billing.

With the new white label product, an agency can give their client(s) access to a fully branded version of the Call Tracking Metrics system. Within the system, the client is able to review the reports the agency has set up and can access the call log, which is a real time dashboard of each call coming in.
