While experts have been debating the importance of fitness and BMI, a digital expert has his hand on the world’s pulse in hopes of finally answering, “Is Fitness more important than BNI?”
As Kishore shared, “After visiting hundreds of forums about attaining fitness, I was inspired to do a survey on the topic to see how online users feel about this increasingly important topic.”
“It is also amazing to see the number of fitness books that are coming out every year about the topic.” Kishore continues, “A peek at Amazon.com or a stroll through your local bookstore will show you the growing interest in fitness and weight loss.”
From "Be Your Own Personal Trainer (The Anatomy of Personal Training)" by The American Fitness Institute and The American Fitness Institute to "Which Comes First, Cardio or Weights?: Fitness Myths, Training Truths, and Other Surprising Discoveries from the Science of Exercise" by Alex Hutchinson, we have seen a slew of books on the topic.
Kishore also revealed another reason for taking his fitness quiz to the world. “I have seen countless products that sell the dream of instant weight loss and fitness. Most of these are not genuine products and are created by shady characters who try to dupe honest folks. Instead of railing against these make products, I decided to turn tables and ask online users about their own experiences.”
Utilizing sophisticated database technology as part of his role as an Internet expert, Mr. Kishore will publish the answer to “Is Fitness more important than BNI” once responses to his fitness quiz have been tabulated from around the world.
Kishore encourages people of all countries to take the fitness quiz. Respondents will be added to a special notification list alerting respondents when survey results are published. The survey, and the details of the participation, can be viewed at http://www.perfektfitness.com/
