Maryland-based physician earns high satisfaction marks from patients, thereby winning the 2012 CMUS Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award.

The Talk of the Town Awards has honored James H. Brodsky, M.D. with a 2012 CMUS Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award for providing excellent customer service. Dr. James Brodsky has earned a 4-star rating for customer satisfaction, thereby winning the prestigious award in the Physicians category.

The Talk of the Town Awards, presented by Talk of the Town News, Customer Care News magazine and Celebration Media U.S. (CMUS), honors companies and professionals that provide excellent customer service as reported by their customers through no-cost, user-review websites, blogs, social networks, business rating services, and other honors and accolades. This data is analyzed by a team of researchers who calculate a company’s CMUS Power Rating™. Only those that receive a 4-star to 5-star rating receive the CMUS Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award.

Dr. James Brodsky has been practicing primary care and internal medicine since 1977, serving the Chevy Chase, Md., area for three and a half decades. His focus has always been on the preventive aspects of health care, utilizing the holistic model, integrative methods, functional medicine and nutrition. In addition, the practice has been extremely successful with a weight loss program that is designed to help patients reduce body fat while sparing muscle loss. A full-time weight loss coach is also available for private consultation.

Serving patients and meeting all their needs is a top priority for Dr. Brodsky and his practice. “My staff is devoted to customer service,” says Dr. Brodsky.
