...a lot of us are really, simply just seeking a more relaxed, laid-back way of spending time – especially on holidays and the times we’re off from work... and that is what Wappan Station can offer...

Wappan Station, an extensive farm that offers holiday accommodations to visitors who want to enjoy the simple pleasures of farm life, has expanded its range of existing offers to include large group and family Farmstay Victoria accommodations.

The family-owned sheep station is one of the largest and most productive farms in Victoria. Located in the midst of three must-experience Victoria destinations Lake Eildon, Mount Buller and High Country, it is a venue for a lot of activities that holidaymakers can truly appreciate. The farm stay Victoria station has something for everyone, making it an ideal place to spend family holidays and group adventure trips.

“Guests can go with activities they really enjoy doing,” Wappan Station owner Sarah Tehan points out, “from winery tours, visits to local shops and special events, to water sports, trail rides, long, quiet walks, or even just enjoying the lakeside view from the Shearers Quarters.”
Set right on the shores of Lake Eildon, the Shearers Quarters is a self-contained eight-bedroom Mansfield accommodation that can comfortably house up to twenty guests, complete with ample living and kitchen areas, and all the other standard amenities that Wappan Station’s holiday accommodations and farm stay offers come with.

Visitors and guests can expect the Wappan accommodations to have generous kitchen, dining and lounge areas, loads of bedrooms and plenty of space to relax or explore as they wish. They get a chance to experience life on the farm.

“For the Easter holidays,” Tehan explains, “we expect to place more group-based reservations from families and adventure groups out for truly memorable quality time with friends and loved ones. What we provide is a fitting backdrop for these memorable times,” Tehan ventures, adding, “We offer warmth and country charm.”

“With the way things are going these days, however, people can easily get caught up in the hustle and bustle of city life. True enough, there are those who welcome the frantic pace but a lot of us are really, simply just seeking a more relaxed, laid-back way of spending time – especially on holidays and the times we’re off from work,” she points out. “That,” she concludes, “is what Wappan Station can offer – that’s what people keep coming back here for.”
