Hoover Container Solutions, Inc. (“Hoover”) is pleased to announce its acquisition of the assets of Matador Tank Rentals, LLC of Midland, Texas. Matador’s assets include an inventory of frac tanks primarily serving the New Mexico, West and South Texas regions. Hoover views the acquisition as supporting its continued expansion into the Permian Basin and Eagle Ford Shale areas and allows Hoover to better serve its existing customer base with their field equipment needs.
