The real estate market is at a calm before the storm... the rates are right, the prices are right, and Spring has Sprung!
Waldorf, Maryland (PRWEB) March 26, 2012
Never missing a beat, Smallwood re-enters her career in real estate. After taking nearly six months off to launch the nonprofit, Will Be Designated Driver, she successfully lists the Executive Suites of the Bolton Building in downtown La Plata, Maryland and is expecting to serve to sellers and one buyer over the next week. "The real estate market is at a calm before the storm... the rates are right, the prices are right, and Spring has Sprung," explains Smallwood.
"As Charles County residents and bar/restaurant owners patiently await the verdict on funding from the County for Will Be D.D. - expected in June 2012, I realized my clients truly need me at times like this - as my phone never stopped ringing with referrals. Friends and family have been telling me all along to quit management and get back into sales - 'You're the Best!' - is their typical argument. If Will Be D.D. is successfully funded, my real estate business will still continue - business as usual, as the program has staff drivers on call should we begin operations once again. The organization operations on the national level will pick right back up where it left... saving thousands of lives and billions of dollars per year." ~ Seanna Smallwood
