ProcessWeaver's shipping solution brought a new dimension to the Microsoft Dynamics Convergence 2012 event in Houston and was very well perceived by many Dynamics customers and partners alike. It was a very successful show and feedback was very positive.

ProcessWeaver, Inc., a leader in providing Transportation Management Solutions exhibited in Houston for the 16th anniversary of CONVERGENCE. This was also the first global Convergence event for Microsoft Dynamics® customers.

CONVERGENCE 2012 for Microsoft Dynamics customers and partners was held in the George R. Brown Convention Center on March 18 -21. Over 10,000 attendees from all over the world have converged in Houston, TX for being part of the Microsoft Dynamics community to business with new learning opportunities that Microsoft Dynamics has to offer as well as to glimpse everything from sponsors and exhibitors, Hands on Labs to dig a little deeper into the solutions and to learn technology offerings of Microsoft Dynamics’ most prominent ISV’s and business partners.

Inspirational keynote speakers, including key Microsoft executives B. Kevin Turner, Microsoft’s Chief Operating Officer and Kirill Tatarinov, president of the Microsoft Business Solutions Division (MBS) presented with the latest plans and strategies for Microsoft Dynamics solution. The last day was, for most, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and for all, unforgettable with keynote speaker General Colin L. Powell, USA (Ret.) who shared his insights on how to remain focused, take responsibility and work towards improving processes, organizations and people.

Integrating with Microsoft Dynamics, ProcessWeaver’s shipping solutions for Dynamics are flexible and easy to use. From a single scan, shipping information is retrieved from GP, AX, or NAV, packages are weighed, rated, documents & labels printed, and Dynamics is automatically updated with real time freight amount and tracking number. When it comes to shipping, Dynamics falls a bit short. Dynamics GP, AX, and NAV do not offer shipping execution as part of its standard product. We call this the shipping "black hole". To fill this gap, ProcessWeaver demonstrated the multi-carrier shipping process designed to meet the needs of any size shipper.

Amit Patel, Sales Director for ProcessWeaver, said: "ProcessWeaver's Multi-Carrier shipping solution brought a new dimension to the Microsoft Dynamics Convergence 2012 event in Houston, TX and was very well perceived by many Dynamics customers and partners alike. It was a very successful show and feedback was very positive. We look forward for next year’s Convergence 2013 in New Orleans, Louisiana for yet another fantastic event.”
