The move brings together best practices garnered from nationally-based Exclusive Networks technical support services, to enable a fully integrated pan-European offering. With 40% of the entire organisation dedicated to engineering support, and 25 full-time trainers providing skills (on behalf of partners) to some of the world’s leading enterprises and service providers, the Group has invested heavily in providing a uniform response to the technical service needs of vendor and reseller partners alike.
