Event organisers are invited for free coffee or lunch with a showround of Maple House to sample their Gold medal winning service.

Expert training and meeting providers, Etc.Venues, are delighted to give prospective clients the opportunity to view their award winning Birmingham conference and meeting venues over lunch in the venue’s vibrant restaurant.

Maple House represents the company’s first venture outside London and provides clients with fantastic conference and meeting rooms in Birmingham. It’s been a move which has gained the company prestigious industry success since 2009, winning multiple gold medal awards for outstanding customer service in the independently verified VenueVerdict customer service awards carried out by BDRC.

Potential clients will be able to see firsthand Birmingham’s most vibrant conference and meeting venue, viewing spacious rooms, equipped with the latest AV technology, inspiring breakout areas and coffee points and meeting the staff that provide that award winning service.

With two floors and seventeen flexible rooms to choose from, Maple House epitomises Etc.Venues’ dedication to providing high-quality events space with capacities on-site ranging from two to one hundred and sixty persons.

To arrange a viewing tour round the Maple House venue, clients can either visit the Etc.Venues website and fill in their contact form online or alternatively speak directly with one of the company’s helpful sales representatives. At the end of each show round Etc.Venues will award a chocolate gold medal to each visitor - it may not be real gold but it will taste better nonetheless!

As Maple House is located right in the heart of Birmingham city centre, it is easily accessible via road or by train.

On behalf of Etc.Venues, a spokesperson said today:

“We’re delighted to enable prospective clients to view and sample the high quality services we provide at our Maple House conference centre in Birmingham. After unrivalled success establishing similar conferences centres in London, we’re proud of the positive industry response we’ve received since first opening Maple House in 2009."
