Job Launch brings all of the things our customers love about the inMotion Approval Workflow Solution – online access, automated routing, version control, and most of all, simplicity – upstream into the earliest part of the creative project lifecycle.

inMotionNow announces the release of Job Launch, an online tool that enables marketing and creative departments to quickly and easily receive, route, and approve all requests for new content. The new tool is part of the company's flagship product, the inMotion Creative Workflow Solution, designed to streamline and automate creative production management so businesses can get their content to market faster.

In the typical creative services environment, a hard copy job request (sometimes referred to as a job ticket, work order, or creative brief) is submitted and routed by email or delivered in person. This results in a process that can be inefficient, tedious, and unreliable. With Job Launch, users can move job requests to an automated, online process – creating a single repository of job request information that can be updated and shared with the team in real time. Online submission and routing of job requests add efficiency, allowing creative teams to more easily evaluate a request and move it forward.

“Businesses rely on inMotion to get their content to market faster and to bring transparency to the review and approval process,” said Rob Munz, CEO of inMotionNow. “Job Launch brings all of the things our customers love about the inMotion Approval Workflow Solution – online access, automated routing, version control, and most of all, simplicity – upstream into the earliest part of the creative project lifecycle.”

Job Launch offers the following functionality:

  • Coworkers or clients who need content created login online to their inMotion account and complete a job request form, attaching any supporting assets such as copy, art work, or photos.
  • The job request and its accompanying assets are then routed to the gatekeeper responsible for approving, denying, or suggesting edits to the request.
  • Once a request is approved, a new project is created in inMotion’s Project Organizer and the job details, including specifications and any supporting assets, are automatically associated with that project.

Job Launch joins inMotion’s other modules, Project Organizer and Vendor Connect, which together extend inMotionNow's review and approval management solutions more broadly across the content production process.

Job Launch is currently available to demo and pilot. Visit inmotionnow.com/job_launch.
