Vendormate, Inc. will reprise its popular webinar “5 Steps to Successful Credentialing” on April 3 at 3:00 p.m. EDT for healthcare vendors. The webinar addresses the top vendor credentialing concern of healthcare vendors: ensuring that their company representatives can get in the hospital to see their customers.
Forty five U.S healthcare vendors, representing various size companies, participated in the first webinar on March 22. The program targets administrators who manage the credentialing programs for their company representatives.
Participants polled during the March webinar stated their greatest concern about a lack of proper credentialing is that “my reps will not get in the hospital to see customers.” They also expressed concern about reps signing documents that violate company policy and the need to have more information about hospital requirements.
The webinar provides best practices to address these concerns by streamlining vendor credentialing into a standardized corporate function. Tips on managing the credentialing process so that it can be monitored and measured are provided.
