Maui Country Club is providing more fun for the whole family this summer with the introduction of their new Tennis Membership starting May 1, 2012. Children and adults can channel their inner Maria Sharapova from dawn until dusk on one of the Club’s six hard tennis courts, or improve their skills with USPTA Level 1 Professional, Rick Kepler.
Tennis activity is exploding with monthly tournaments, weekly ladder matches for doubles, league play, drop in games, and daily clinics and lessons they have scheduled that tailor specifically to different age groups or by experience levels. Full/Regular members, Tennis members, Junior, Non-Resident & Neighbor Island members enjoy all this and more with complimentary unlimited play. Social Member and Guest access costs $11 per day.
In addition to the six hard courts settled on the 66-acre Hawaiian estate, members can also take part in the fun only beach tennis can provide. The beach court is an alternative venue and is located on the back lawn next to the volleyball net.
At the Maui Country Club Tennis Academy led by Rick Kepler, children and adults can work on their skills whether they’re learning the basics, or training for tournament readiness. The Junior Team is split up by age groups ranging from the Tiny Tots 5-7 years old, the Mighty Mites 8-11 years old, and the Champs who are age 11 and above. Adults can also make an appointment for private lessons, semi-private lessons, or drop-in for one of the weekday clinics.
Tennis members may take full advantage of the many amenities Maui Country Club has to offer such as complimentary unlimited use of the pool and fitness center, golf course access at guest rates, enjoy dining and social events, and the right to vote and hold office. For an affordable fee of $240 per month plus a refundable entrance fee, individuals and entire families may obtain the benefits of membership.
Maui Country Club is now accepting applications for refundable memberships. For more information visit http://www.mauicountryclub.org
