Web-based reporting and analysis solution improves operational efficiencies

Ctuit Software, the leader in business intelligence software for restaurants, announced that Pasta Pomodoro, a collection of modern Italian eateries, has installed Ctuit RADAR and the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) modules throughout its 26 locations. By using the web-based Ctuit RADAR solution, restaurant management can quickly compile accurate financial and operational data across its multiple sites to make critical decisions to increase sales and lower costs.

Integrated with Pasta Pomodoro’s Aloha Point of Sale system, Ctuit RADAR provides everyone from finance, operations, marketing, human resources, general managers, and corporate chefs visibility into the organization. The core solution is widely adopted and augmented with the COGS modules: Accounts Payable, Inventory and Recipes. Invoices and vendors are managed via the Accounts Payable module. The Inventory and Recipe modules support and track inventory as well as detailed food costs which highlights any abnormal variances, errors or incorrect prices. The implementation of these modules produces a comprehensive financial management solution as well as an accurate food costing program that allows for more informed business decisions to be made.

Essential to Pasta Pomodoro is management and insight into inventory for all store locations. The Ctuit RADAR Inventory and Accounts Payable modules enable the restaurant to obtain accurate inventory counts and understand trends. EDI (electronic data interchange) integration with restaurant vendors trims costs by streamlining the invoicing process and increasing order accuracy through the drastic reduction of manual entry errors.

“Ctuit RADAR is invaluable throughout our entire business. By using the solution, our store managers have a more consistent and streamlined process to handle and monitor inventory. Our inventory items are now directly linked to the vendors and not on a separate spreadsheet”, Ben Martz, Corporate Development Manager, Pasta Pomodoro.

“Pasta Pomodoro has been one of our premier, long standing clients. The company’s drive to understand their entire business using Ctuit RADAR provides management with the key information to make important decisions on sales, inventory and operations,” said Rob D’Ambrosia, President and CEO, Ctuit Software.

Ctuit RADAR is a complete above-store, BI, Analytical and Financial reporting tool that gives the entire management team deep insight and control to quickly identify trends and operational issues. Ctuit RADAR users make informed, fact-based decisions critical to success.
