A distinctive neighborhood, the village of Amador offers a choice of three expansive three-bedroom floorplans, ranging from 1,840 A/C square feet to 2,738 A/C square feet. They include the single-story Chelsea and Astor residences and the two-story Emory residence. Additionally, most of the homesites to be built in Amador have desirable water views.
“The first five inventory homes are either complete or near completion and will be ready for occupancy by the end of April,” said Paul Romanowski, Southwest Florida President of D.R. Horton. “Each takes full advantage of the lakefront settings with western exposures to the rear, and cabinetry and tile selections to capture the interest of several design tastes.”
There are two Chelsea residences currently available. One is traditionally appointed with dark cherry cabinets and rich deep brown granite tops throughout, cherry wood, mixed porcelain tile flooring and an elegant pool. The other Chelsea offers a Tuscan design with buttercream glazed cabinetry and plantation shutters with a spacious yard and plenty of room for a future pool.
There also are two Astor homes. One is available with a pool and boasting tile on the diagonal. The second Astor is dramatic and contemporary with striking contrast in the ivory granite counters and the popular Expresso cabinetry with sleek accents of stainless steel.
For those who desire soaring ceilings and entrance foyers that make a statement, D.R. Horton is offering the two-story Emory residence. This three bedroom, four bath home offers a master suite and a study that is perfect for a second bedroom on the first floor with two additional bedrooms and two baths upstairs. The decor will compliment many tastes with natural maple cabinetry and contrasting ebony tones in the wood flooring along with ivory granite and tile flooring, crown molding and plantation shutters, overlooking a lanai and pool and potential summer kitchen area.
Each of the available inventory homes in the village of Amador has the added options of stainless steel appliances, crown molding and extensive landscaping packages. Prices currently range from $412,000 to $519,000, including selected options.
“We are pleased to announce the first move-in ready homes in Amador,” said Aubrey J. Ferrao, President and CEO of Fiddler’s Creek, LLC. “These luxury homes will complement our current offerings and will provide buyers with a high-quality product in a distinctive neighborhood.”
