The partnership with The [ Center for Executive and Professional Development is the first of its kind for Leadership IQ, who normally delivers courses in-company for large corporations around the world. Twice-yearly public courses at TU will allow managers and leaders from small to mid-sized companies as well as those from larger companies to learn from Leadership IQ’s research and expertise.
What Great Leaders Do Differently” combines the depth of an immersion learning workshop, cutting-edge science of a top business school and the proven best practices from the most successful leaders, according to CEO Murphy. Participants will learn the difference between managing and leading and how to lead change retain high performers, motivate employees (especially Gen Y) to go "above and beyond,” build trust and accountability and sell ideas.

Prior to the course, participants take the Leadership IQ Manager to Leader self-assessment to help Murphy coach them toward a development plan where they may put the course’s ideas into action. In addition, each attendee receives a signed copy of Murphy’s new bestselling book "Hiring for Attitude," which explains how company success depends on having employees with the right attitude. As a follow up and to reinforce what is learned during the two days, all participants receive access to a Leadership IQ e-learning program, regularly priced at $595.
