Adams County Youth Initiative (ACYI) is launching its Cradle To Career Connect (C2C Connect) online service which is based on Relatrix’ EZPartner system. C2C Connect will help match resources from local organizations and businesses with the needs of students in public schools across Adams County.

We chose Relatrix to help ACYI fulfill our mission to increase student graduation rates and reduce substance abuse in our county.

Relatrix, the leader in Online Contact Center solutions for the PreK-12 education market, is pleased to support Adams County Youth Initiative (ACYI) launching its Cradle To Career Connect online service at the beginning of April. C2C Connect is based on Relatrix’ EZPartner system and will help match resources from local organizations and businesses with the needs of students in public schools across Adams County.

C2C Connect helps create an inventory of needs from classroom teachers and students – ranging from winter clothes and computers to mentoring and internship opportunities. These needs can be viewed and matched to the organizations in Adams County best able to fulfill them. The community partners can independently create resource offers in EZPartner that school staff can use to help meet student needs. EZPartner also supports ACYI in tracking the outcomes of this resource matching process.

“We chose Relatrix to help ACYI fulfill our mission to increase student graduation rates and reduce substance abuse in our county,” said Becky Hoffman, Executive Director for ACYI. “The EZPartner system is at the core of our new Cradle To Career service. Our initial phase will involve work with Adams 12 Five Star Schools to bring resources from our faith-based and non-profit community to classrooms in that district. Starting next fall we plan to extend the service to other public school systems in Adams County."

“C2C Connect is a great brand and service to help build more community engagement in schools within Adams County,” said Mark Franke, President of Relatrix. “Using the resource matching and communication features of our EZPartner system will help ACYI not only deploy available community resources where they are most needed, but also capture data on what resources are needed most, where they are needed and how outcomes of the matching process are directly impacting students.”
