C2C Connect is based on Relatrix’ EZPartner system and will help match resources from local organizations and businesses with the needs of students in public schools across Adams County.
C2C Connect helps create an inventory of needs from classroom teachers and students – ranging from winter clothes and computers to mentoring and internship opportunities. These needs can be viewed and matched to the organizations in Adams County best able to fulfill them. The community partners can independently create resource offers in EZPartner that school staff can use to help meet student needs. EZPartner also supports ACYI in tracking the outcomes of this resource matching process.

Our initial phase will involve work with Adams 12 Five Star Schools to bring resources from our faith-based and non-profit community to classrooms in that district. Starting next fall we plan to extend the service to other public school systems in Adams County."
