Disney Cruise Line has launched their first new ships in 10 years with the Disney Dream in January 2011 and the Disney Fantasy in March 2012.

Dining on the Disney Fantasy is a treasure. Each evening, you dine in a different themed restaurant. The Royal Court is inspired by the classic Disney animated films such as Cinderella, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Sleeping Beauty and Beauty and the Beast. The Royal Plaza serves French-inspired continental cuisine is served at the Royal Plaza, which is adorned with ornate marble floors, a luxurious rose carpet and an elaborate chandelier brimming with glass slippers and roses.
The most spectacular dining room is Animator’s Palate. Inspired by the magic of Disney animation, the Animator’s Palate is a spacious yet stylized restaurant that serves contemporary Pacific Rim cuisine. Artifacts that you would imagine from a real animation studio are everywhere. During the Animation Magic dinner show you will draw your very own character on a magical placemat. During the dinner, Mickey leads a show featuring Disney characters and your own hand-drawn character.
Revolutionizing the cruise experience, Disney Cruise Lines have premiered Virtual Portholes in their inside staterooms. You can see the ocean and outside anytime by looking out the virtual porthole. Disney characters magically appear in the portholes every so often. When it is time for bed, just turn off the porthole.
