Mr. Wilson responded, "I don't think you can ever be good enough at Customer Service. Customers' likes and dislikes change constantly. What's hot today can be a dud tomorrow. So by constantly reaching out to our fans and customers, we stay on the pulse of what they want and need. In our opinion, that's the only way to remain relevant."
