The Cutting Edge: 2012 - Remodeling Education Expo will be held May 8 at the Cobb Galleria Centre.

The Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) is hosting The Cutting Edge: 2012 - Remodeling Education Expo on May 8, 2012 from 7 am to 6 pm at the Cobb Galleria Centre located at Two Galleria Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339. Featuring keynote speaker Sal Alfano, Editorial Director of Remodeling Magazine, the Expo offers a full day of CEU course offerings, an exhibit hall featuring some of the leading vendors in Atlanta, a networking lunch and a happy hour mixer. The Expo will bring together leaders in the building industry for a day of education and collaboration. Registration is $75 for NARI members and $110 for non members.
The day-long event features 18 innovative educational sessions to include 6 credit hours of Continuing Education Units (CEU) that meet Georgia Residential Contractor Licensing Requirements and NARI Certification requirements. The Expo will also bring together members of related industry associations including the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
The exhibits feature cutting-edge solutions and innovative products and techniques focusing on energy efficiency, home technologies, building systems, interior design, marketing and social media, moisture management, health safety and welfare, water and sustainability.
Attendees may register for a variety of session topics in the following categories: Design Trends; Sales, Marketing and Customer Service; Green Building and Remodeling; Legal Issues; Accounting and Business Management, and Construction Techniques and Technologies.
