Last week saw the 15th Annual USA Memory Championship take place in New York City. With a whole year left until next year’s content, eReflect announces a new software package that’s poised to be a hot commodity for next year’s competitors.

The USA Memory Championship can only be likened to an Olympics for the mind; with Nelson Dellis crowned as this year’s winner. As the content draws to a close, a leading producer of self-improvement software announces a release that could be the perfect training tool for 2013.

eReflect is already leading the market with numerous software packages geared towards self-improvement, better communication and stronger career prospects.

The company’s latest software package, Ultimate Memory, could be just the tool next year’s mind-warriors need to prepare for the Championship.

“Unlike a lot of memory training software, Ultimate Memory is based on scientifically-proven principles” says Marc Slater, Managing Director of eReflect.

He continues, “While some people do have a natural aptitude towards memory capacity, the good news for everyone is that the brain can be easily trained to improve memory and recall.”

It would appear that the winner of this year’s USA Memory Championship already has a mind for numbers, managing to recall 303 digits in order to be crowned Master of the Memory.
However, Slater believes that anyone can be equally as good:

“It just takes methodical training, starting from the ground up. Anyone can achieve it with practice, commitment and a solid computer-based trainer” he says.

Memory-based competitions are predicted to become more popular by the year. The originally-small USA Memory Championship now boasts a healthy crowd of spectators, round-the-clock media coverage and an overflow of actual competitor registrations.

USA Permanent Residents above the age of twelve are invited to compete in a number of tasks throughout the event. A quick glance at the championship’s website shows a myriad of contestants sitting on all ends of the age scale.

Details of next year’s event are yet to be released. Although, in the meantime, there’s an almost certain guarantee that cogs will be turning across the country as competitors get training for another chance at remembering more than the next guy!
