Development of phase 2 at Sedona Lakes is now underway. This expansion will add nearly 200 home sites to the master-planned community, continuing the current building programs of some of Houston’s finest home builders.
Darling Homes and J. Patrick Homes will build on the 80 foot sites, Coventry Homes and Highland Homes on the 70 foot sites, and Darling Homes and Highland Homes on the 60 foot sites. Phase 2 home sites will be ready in the first quarter of 2013.
