Park Springs, which boasts resort-style amenities and on-site healthcare, offers four dining venues where Members enjoy anything from the finest steakhouse food and ambiance to a quick soup and sandwich.

The 'Taste of Park Springs' event will also showcase the work of apprentice chefs from local culinary schools. They’ll be competing to have their original dishes added to the Park Springs menu.

“Bringing young talent to the table helps keep our menu fresh and exciting,” notes Chef Henry. “We serve nearly 800 meals a week with the goal of delighting every Member every day with dishes like seared scallops over saffron risotto and our signature Park Springs salad with pecans and blue cheese.”

Henry says his staff takes pride in preparing food just the way Members want it – from low sodium soups to al dente vegetables – gourmet to Southern comfort style. The kitchen provides food for the entire campus, including a nutritious menu that changes daily for Members at Cobblestone, the community’s onsite health center.
